April 14, 1935 was also known as "Black Sunday" came a big, deathing dust storm. I guess that at this time part of story there will be a huge dust storm that almost destroy everything Billie Joe's familyhad planted. And it was came so unawaring that the damage will be very bad in the story. And actually, at that time it should be a rainy (maybe not much) season to them but instead of rain this dust storm ruined everything farners planted for rain. So I think this part of story will be a very hard time for not only Billie Joe, and others, too. This time I think will be a depressing time 'cause every hope of crops are now died.

The agriculture industry got the great hurt after the "Dust bowl." Why that serious thing happened? That's because people dig out the land for farming for a long time, and the land was a huge grassland across Colorado and Montana, it spent a long time to became the grassland. In that time, lots of people developed their agriculture industry in the short time, and then, lots of dust amd clay were uncovered. Until one day, the great wind came, to blew up these dust, and destory lots of farming lands, at least ten millions acres land were useless, farmers can't plant their crops on these land. And it caused the high prices crops at that time, because they can't harvest crops as many as before, they can' earn enought money for their own!
I think Billie's family would face the great crisis, even in Great Depression, they still can plant crops to make monry. But after the Duast bowl, they can't plant them, they can't make enough money for theit family, that is, Billie needs to use her cleverness, to think the best way to solve it, especially in the spring, which is the season to plant crops!
April 14th, 1935, the Black Sunday, was a terrible time for the northen Americans. A big dust storm had rained at the north America. The dig dust storm destroted lots of crops and the farmer's hopes of thier plants of that year. It was a strange time because inthat part of the season, the land there should be raining, maybe rained a little, but it cames the big dust storm. I think it would be a hard time for Billie Jo and others at that time of the land. Gone away was the hope at the Black Sunday.
I think in the next section, the huge dust storm would occur(of course!)and Billie Jo and her father will be in danger. Since the article I read said that on April 14,1935, a lot of people were happy to see the sky after weeks of dust storm, so I guess that Billie Jo and her father would probably go outside to do some chores. When the dust storm came, I believe that Father will protect Billie Jo from danger, and she will gain trust in her father. This will affect the rest of the story, and hopefully they will become a "family" again. Also, I think Black Sunday represents a new start. That major dust storm is the last major one in 1935, and it had destroyed everything in its path, so everything must start from scratch. When they start everything over again, though it would be very depressing for both of them, the dust storm will not disturb them anymore, it is going to be a bright start but tough time for Billie Jo and her father!

April 14, 1935 which we called the "Black Sunday" later on. Twenty of the worst "Black Blizzards occured in the day, and cause a lot of damages in America. Seriously dust storm covered the sky, it made the sky almost black. The dust storm was so bad even the rooster thought ti was still night so they keep sleeping during it.It not only cause the crops from the farmer dieth, it bring a hard time to everyone.
I think the dust storm will distroy not only the things Billie Joe but the hope in Billie Joe family. It will bring the hardest time after loosing her mother. There crops was distroyed and there ecnomic will be extremely bad. I wish Billie Joe will find his hope after happening the badly dust storm.
Black Sundey was a daust storm occured in about 9,5,1934. It destroyed farms, blew away the fertile dirt for people to grow plants, destroyed the winter wheats. The tractor and animals of Billie's father's farm were not good, or had been destroyed. In real situations, about 3.5 billion tons of wheat were destroyed. So I think in the story, Billie might had have a tough time since then. With the situation that the crops were gone, the animals were dead, the equipment was derstoyed, the live must be harder and harder then before. It was surely a time that evertone had a bad situation. The story might be in sad tone after this event occured.

I think in the next section of the book, obviously the huge storm will come, and Billie Jo and her father will experience the Black Sunday.
I think that before the great storm occurs, Billie Jo will have a better relationship with her father and feel closer to him. Everything will start going into the right place, until the storm came and hit hard on the people's lives, including Billie Jo's. I am almost sure that the storm will mess up her life all over again, but she will restore it back with her friends' and family's help. Now I think that it may be another "type" of start for everyone (and Billie Jo); the great storm is an obstacle, keeping Billie Jo from gaining her happiness, but it will not keep her from having a normal life. Last but not least, the Black Sunday will be a day that Billie Jo is never to forget, and it might cause any sudden change in her life!
I think something bad will happen in the next section. I believe there will be a huge dust storm. An one that is bigger than ever. The storm will destroy all of their crops and also hopes. They have to started all over again. Although it may be a hard time for Billie and her father, it might built up their family relationship again. At last they will overcame this hard time and lived "happily after".
A large dust storm that swept across to American and Canadian in April 14, 1935 is known as the "black sunday". According to the information, the main reason of the large dust storm is that in the western plains of the United States, due to the large area of grassland tilling, the wind blow the bare soil surface, and eventually formed a giant dust storms - the "Black Storm" disaster.
From those data,I guess that the situation will be worse. Maybe Billie Joe's dad's crop will all destroyed by the sandstorm. And they will need other job to life. Probably that even Billie Joe has to find a job to help out her family, and therefore she can not go to school!

April 14, 1935 a big death dust storm came. It bring a big damage. This big dust storm destroying five million acres of wheat.
I think that Billie Jo's situation became worse. Her father's crops may all destroy by this big dust storm. That may need to face a bigger and harder situation. Just like Benny say this storm not only distroy crops but also the hope in Billie Joe family! Their economic situation became terrible, that's mean that Billie Jo may not go to school, and she may not have time to play paino!

I think the next section of the book will happen a big, deadly dust storm to Billie Jo's family. The storm will destroy their crops, their equipments, their economic and every little hope they had since her mom died. I think the days afterwards will be a tough time for billie Jo and her dad, it seems like an endless nightmare for them. But as soon as they overcome this crisis, Billie Jo may learn more and grow up from frustration, and changed her life ever after!!!
There may be something bad happen. I think there may be a big dust storm, it may destroyed many things.Maybe Billie dad's crop will destroyed by the it. And they may need to find another job to survive. It may change their life. It will be a BLUE time for them. I hope they will find a new way to continue their life.
Black Sunday was the biggest storm during the Dust Bowl. The dust covered the sky, and the air was turbid. Like the name of the storm, the net section would be dark and unpredictable.
Even before the Black Sunday, some people that Billie Jo knew died. The sand smothered them. So I think that there would be more died in the storm, and there would be more sadness during the storm. I think that Billie Jo’s family might be in a great danger in the next section. Maybe Billie Jo or her father might get terrible injured. Maybe the storm would destroy their homestead and made their life harder. They might have less food and less water to eat and drink. The storm might destroy all the hope in their heart and destroy everything.
However, I still hope that Billie Jo could overcome the difficulties and be optimistic. I think the sorrow would soon be over after Black Sunday, and wonderful things would come. Just like the colorful rainbow after a heavy rain.
Black Sunday- the most terrible day for the dust bowl ever! At April 14 1935, a big storm came and destroy all the hope of the dust bowl. It ruined the farm and destroyed five million acres of wheat. The storm was the last major dust storm of the year, but the damage it caused was not calculated for months. As the worst sittuation, Billie Jo might(or must)face the greatest dust storm. That may cause bad damages to her life. If that does happened, it's hard for Billie to overcome and keep going on.

I think in the next section of the book, it will be a terrible time for Billie Jo, her family or even everyone. According to Avis D. Carlson who wrote "The impact is like a shovelful of fine sand flung against the face," in a New Republic article, people at that time wouldn't be able to grow crops. I think the situation would be worse then ever. And since we have read so much accident in the web site such as Ellsaesser's wife and the kids, I think maybe some accident would occur in the next section.

"Black Sundey was a daust storm occured in about 9,5,1934."
It should be "Black Sundey was a dust storm occured in about 9,5,1934."

I think everything will change. Billie Jo's father will try to protect Billie Jo. After Black Sunday, Billie Jo will know how her father loves her. He tries to make Billie Jo believe that he loves her very much. The relationship between Billie Jo and her father becomes better. They care about each other. Billie Jo will never think that the accident happened because of her father.
It was April 14 as most people see it, no one actually saw it comin'. The pesents went out like in regular days when a blind huge bully came sweepin' through their grain. The black black dust storm went from violent then to wild and the once golden fields of wheats dried up in a while.
Chorus
God set us free from the burning sizzlin' fire, please hear the voices of a hundred million pesents.
God set us free from the grilling cooking fire, all we know is that your jokes are nothin' of good humor.
See the men that was lost and the men that has gone. The land of devastation and road to success!
Chorus
God set us free from the burning sizzlin' fire, please hear the voices of a hundred million pesents.
God set us free from the grilling cooking fire, all we know is that your jokes are nothin' of good humor.

I think the Black Sunday might be a hard time for everyone living on this the plain. The article also tells us that they live with the dust, eat it, sleep with it, watch it strip them of possessions and the hope of possessions.
In the first paragraph it tells that April 14, 1935, dawned clear across the plains. After weeks of dust storms, one near the end of March destroying five million acres of wheat, people grateful to see the sun went outside to do chores, go to church, or to picnic and sun themselves under the blue skies. I think that Billie Jo and her father would go outside to find some part time jobs to earn more money. During the way they go to find the jobs, they would come across the huge dust storm. They might be attacted by the sand. I think the story will write about the relationship about Billie Jo and her father became better and better. It will make them closer then they had before.

Black Sunday came with a big dust storm. It may let Billie Jo and her father in danger. I think there will be a huge storm to come and destroy all of their crops. I think when the storm come, her father must protect Billie. After that, Billie will think her father is a good father. After this hard time, they should become a family again. The storm maybe destroy their crops, but it build this family up.
I think the next part of the story will be a huge dust storm come to Billie Jo's home. The dust storm destory almost everything , and that make Billie Jo's life become more difficult than before. It make Billie Jo face the real reality and snuff out the little hope they have. But I think then Billie Jo and her father will get throw this hard time, and become stronger. Come over the hardest time, they will be closer to each other, and their life might become better!
"Black Sunday," which happened on April 14, was a dightmare of farmers and agricultural industries.Dark, messy dust storm distoryed everything from Colorado to Montana, including the state Billie Jo lived. During this season that rain should come, rain didn't fall, instead the dust storm came, distoryed the crops they had planted. I think this would be the most difficult time for Billie Jo and her father, and also, dangerous. During this time, Billie Jo might be waiting outside for the rain come! I think it was not only meant that they'er getting into another depression, but also meant their hope broke.
April 1935, there had been weeks of dust storms, but the cloud that appeared on the horizon that Sunday was the worst. It was farmer’s nightmare. Winds were clocked at 60 mph. Tons of topsoil and agricultural were blown off barren fields and carried in storm clouds for hundreds of miles. The dust storm occurs in the southeastern Colorado, southwest Kansas and Texas and the panhandles of Oklahoma where Billie Jo and her father lived. I think that maybe Billie Jo and her father will go outside for work after weeks of dust storms. And when the last storm of the year came I think that maybe that Billie Jo’s father will protect Billie Jo and someone will get hurt.

I think there would be a great dust storm in the next section, according to the article, maybe Billy Jo and her father would be placed in a terrible situation, as the storm came, it would destroy crops and everything they planted, make them became interdependent, and they must rebuild everything together. At last, as the storm was over, i think their relationships might become better.
Eventhrough they really didn't have many thing to make money, but at last they can planted to make a little money, but I think after the storm, all the plant they planted will be destory, they will have nothing to eat or sell. It will be a tough time they would never had before.
The “Black Sunday” means the time during the dust storm. It also means that the crops will get hurt by the dust. This may cause lots of problems because farmer’s incomes are from those crops. But if the crops are hurt then the farmer can’t make money for them too.
I think the next section might talk about how the dust storm destroy the things that Bill Joe’s family grew and also talk about the economy at that time. It might be really worse.
I think something worse will happen.Because there are many accident happened in the past, and that might be a predict for the next section. So this is the start of something bad I think.
April 14, 1935, a big dust storm. I think something bad will happen in the next section. Their crops would destroyed by this storm. But I think the relationship between them will be built up. Billie Jo will know that hoe much her father loves her, and forgive the wrong with them.
At April 14, 1935 was the Black Sunday. It came a big dust storm that distoryed the crops and also lots of things, it caused a large damage. The big dust storm not only distoryed the things that people needed a lot and also the hope that these people had. I think Billie Jo's crops will all be distoryed and their life will be more difficult than before, and their hopes were all distoryed also, and maybe it will happened more bad things after it.
April 14, 1935, is known as Black Sunday.
Big terrible dust storm came and take away several hopes in this world.( the picture under the title can exactly explain the view during that time )It ruined the farm and destroyed five million acres of wheat. People just can see the crazy storm destroying their property and can't do anything. How sad it is when it happens!!! People in that time live with the dust everywhere( just like What Eric said )("they live with the dust, eat it, sleep with it, watch it strip them of possessions and the hope of possessions.")
I think it is really really uncomfortable in those days. Because there is so much dirt around you! I can't stay in those places which have too much dust and dirt. It makes me sneeze all the time, so I realize that uncomfortable that they need to receive.
According to the article I research, it said many people live in a small place. I think it might be too crowded for people to stay so closed.(the book we read-OUT OF THE DUST, also says it that when Billie Jo and his father are in the truck, then the dust storm came. So they went to a house to avoid the dust. And in that house, not only two of them hid in it but many many people!!) You can imagine that feeling if you put twenty people in a small bathroom, there aren't enough room for people to stay!!! So I wonder how do the people in the house breathe. Won't there don't have enough air for everyone?
After reading the article and the book, I think it is going to have something worse...But I hope everything will get better sooner!!
